The problem
Six frontends had drifted into six interpretations of the brand, with no shared components between them. Each app carried its own footer and its own fonts, so any change to either meant doing it six times.
What I did
- Drafted the initial design system and drove the migration onto Panda CSS.
- Adopted it across the multisig and bridge interfaces, replacing per-app footers and fonts.
