The problem

Abandoned collections keep trading long after their teams stop maintaining anything, and the royalties keep going to wallets nobody is watching. Routing through an existing marketplace meant accepting that, so the trading contract had to be mine, and it had to stay non-custodial so sellers never handed their tokens over to it.

What I did

• Wrote the trading contract, keeping listed tokens in the seller’s wallet until a sale settled.
• Reclaimed the royalties from collections whose teams had abandoned them.
• Built the Arkiver-based indexer behind the listing and sales feed.
• Designed and shipped the frontend, themed end to end.
