An analytics platform for the StarsArena social-fi ecosystem, showing what the platform itself wouldn’t. I ended up helping stop a live hack on it.

The problem
StarsArena showed users almost nothing. You couldn’t buy tickets in bulk, see what other people held, or find new users quickly.
What I did
- Built the analytics platform and gated it behind holding my own ticket, which tied the product to the ecosystem it measured.
- Migrated the data layer mid-flight from an Arkiver and MongoDB setup to Express and MySQL as requirements outgrew it.
- While deep in the protocol internals, helped identify and stop an ongoing hack against the platform.
