The problem

Without written procedure, incident response turns into guesswork. Privileged actions get dangerous when nobody owns how they’re carried out.

What I did

• Authored the response protocols the on-call rotation follows: the network runbook, the faucet book, the xReserve runbook, and Hypernative monitoring procedures.
• Own the execution of privileged operations, preparing, verifying and pushing transactions to the multisigs that control production contracts.
• Defined the internal security practices for deployment and upgrades, and hold other people’s changes to them in review.
• Stood up the original network health checker and expanded infra into new regions.
• Added Zodiac Pilot procedures for multisig operations and contributed the engineering style guides.
