The problem
Artists in a small, tight-knit community wanted custom contracts and a dedicated launch page, but no part of the technical process. Letting anyone launch would have produced volume without quality.
What I did
- Wrote a flexible base contract adapted per collection, so each launch could differ without starting over.
- Handled every mint manually rather than self-serve, trading scale for a curated result.
- Built the launch site and the per-collection pages around it.
